The JSM was designed especially for use in underground coal mines. They come complete with a pipe clamp for up to 300mm pipes and accept 25mm wide blades either 300 or 450mm long.
The JSM is unique - because of it's small size and low air consumption, it can be used in places where other saws will not fit, and it can be run off a portable compressor or even an air/nitrogen cylinder with a regulator.
They run at 600 strokes per minute, with a stroke length of 57mm.
The JSM is the Cengar's underground saw, mainly used in coal mines.
Cengar Air Hacksaws are known for their high reliability and are widely used in heavy production and maintenance environments such as offshore oil and gas facilities as well as the fibreglass and boat building industries.
All Cengar air hacksaws are safe to use. They have the lowest vibration and noise levels available and all have ATEX approvals for use in potentially explosive environments.
The complete range of Cengar pneumatic hacksaws, blades and spares are kept in stock in Sydney and we have distributors all around Australia.
